1. Who We Are

STEPORA is a UAE-based brand selling orthopedic insoles designed for people who spend long hours standing on hard floors. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Who Can Use Our Website

By using our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You are placing an order for personal use or as a gift — not for resale without our written permission
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete

3. Our Products

STEPORA insoles are designed to provide comfort and support for people who stand for extended periods on hard surfaces. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have a serious foot condition, injury, or chronic medical issue, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

Product descriptions — we make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen. Product images are for illustration purposes.

Sizing — STEPORA insoles are trimmable. We provide a size guide to help you select the right size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size and trimming to fit.


4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation message via email

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a pricing error on the website
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Delivery to your location is not possible

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and process a full refund within 5–10 business days.


5. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.


6. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all UAE emirates
  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Cash on Delivery: Payment is collected by our courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready. Our courier does not carry change for large denominations.

Failed payments: If a card payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and try again or contact your bank.

We do not store your card details. All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments which is PCI DSS compliant.


7. Delivery

We deliver across all UAE emirates. Our standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your confirmation, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will investigate immediately.

Failed deliveries: If our courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.


8. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the product
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer

9. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every pair of STEPORA insoles. If you do not feel a difference within your first 3 shifts of use, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will process a full refund.

This guarantee is valid for one claim per household per order. We reserve the right to decline guarantee claims where there is evidence of misuse, damage caused by improper use, or multiple claims from the same customer.


10. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:

  • One discount code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions
  • Cannot be applied to previous orders
  • Valid for the period stated at the time of issue
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, videos, and graphics — is the property of STEPORA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our written permission.


12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website to:

  • Place fraudulent orders
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate our pricing or discount system
  • Harass or abuse our customer service team
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our product content or pricing

We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban users who violate these terms.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, STEPORA's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of income or business
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including courier delays, customs, or force majeure events
  • Any medical outcomes resulting from the use of our products

Our products are comfort and support insoles — they are not a substitute for medical treatment.


14. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website. Visiting those links is at your own risk.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes we will notify customers via email where possible.


16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
