The 30-Day Full Relief Guarantee
Feel the difference in your first 3 shifts. If your feet still hurt after 30 days of use, we'll refund every dirham. No questions about why. No lengthy forms.
To request a refund:
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Tell us your order number
- Send a photo of the product so we can confirm it was received
- We process your refund within 5–10 business days
That's it. No return shipping required on your end — we'll arrange collection if needed.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must have been used (we want you to have genuinely tried it)
- One refund request per household per order
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear signs of misuse or where the same customer has made multiple refund claims.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll replace it or refund it immediately, no questions asked.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll sort it out same day.
Can I Exchange for a Different Size?
Yes. If the size doesn't fit after trimming, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. STEPORA insoles are trimmable so most sizing issues can be solved without an exchange — our team will guide you through it on WhatsApp first.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds on COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer. We'll ask for your bank details when processing the refund. Transfers are completed within 3–5 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Damage caused by improper use or cutting beyond the trim guidelines
