Free Delivery on Every Order

Every STEPORA order comes with free express delivery across the UAE. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


Where We Deliver

We deliver to all seven UAE emirates:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

We currently deliver within the UAE only. We do not ship internationally at this time.


How Long Does Delivery Take?

Dubai 1–3 business days
Sharjah 1–3 business days
Abu Dhabi 1–3 business days
Ajman 1–2 business days
Ras Al Khaimah 1–3 business days
Fujairah 1–3 business days
Umm Al Quwain 1–3 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we process and hand it to our courier within 24 hours on business days.

You will receive a WhatsApp message or SMS with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE emirates at no extra charge.

A few things to know about COD orders:

  • Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready — our couriers may not carry change for large notes
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you and rearrange
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us — please make sure your contact number is correct at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking page.

If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will update you immediately.


What If My Order Is Delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods (sales, promotions)
  • Public holidays
  • Courier capacity issues
  • Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your confirmation message, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it the same day.


What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product or packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed for damaged items.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp right away and we will correct it before dispatch.

If the order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, we will do our best to redirect it but cannot guarantee changes at that stage. Re-delivery charges may apply.


PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full residential or workplace address including building name, apartment or villa number, area, and emirate.
